Establishing a robust manufacturing process is a crucial step in the development process of every biologic molecule. Today's manufacturing alliance with NorthX Biologics allows us to combine our expertise in cytokine biology with NorthX extensive resources to get our first product candidate to an IND-ready stage. SK-01, which combines the effects of IL-4 and IL-10 as a treatment option for chronic pain, is progressing steadily toward clinical development with complex regional pain syndrome (#CRPS) as the lead indication.

Today, we announced an extension of our #SeriesA financing led by Flerie with support from new investors, InnovationQuarter Capital and Utrecht Health Seed Fund, and existing investor Thuja Capital. The equity financing is accompanied by a matching innovation credit from Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO). The total new proceeds of EUR 12.1 million will be used to accelerate the development of our lead asset SK-01, a cytokine fusion protein, into clinical studies in complex regional pain syndrome (#CRPS), a severe chronic pain indication.
