We are looking for a candidate for the BIM Manager position for a project in Oman. The candidate will be working in Istanbul Office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Update the current BIM Execution Plan when necessary. * Lead project teams in BIM project setup. * Lead Weekly BIM Kick-off Meetings with all disciplines. * Create weekly Navisworks coordination models and track the progress with reports. * Create complex Revit families and assist the team with advanced modelling. * QA/QC analysis to ensure all discipline models provide the BEP and project requirements. * Be the in-office primary contact for technical/workflow/file maintenance/application support and advice for primary BIM platforms. * Provide training in BIM tools and assist with developing internal teams. * Develop LOD300 delivery procedures and liaise with the Client. Ensure that the procedures are followed by all subs. * Deliver final products such as Native models, Clash models and IFC.
