Additionally, it provides video/TV services; smart connectivity and services, and consumer IoT products; financial and other payment, security, cloud computing, advertising, big data, and digital telco experience services; virtual assistants; digital home platforms; and Movistar Home devices. It also offers online telemedicine, home insurance, music streaming, and consumer loan services. The company was incorporated in 1924 and is headquartered in Madrid, Spain.

🎹🔝Ayer vivimos una noche mágica en el Gran Teatre del Liceu. Coincidiendo con la primera jornada del #MobileWorldCongress2024, 1.200 invitados fueron testigos de un concierto único en el que la tecnología y la música clásica se unieron para crear una experiencia interactiva sin precedentes de la mano del pianista chino Lang Lang. 🎹🔝Yesterday we experienced a magical night at the Gran Teatre del Liceu. Coinciding with the first day of the #MobileWorldCongress2024, 1,200 guests witnessed a unique concert in which technology and classical music joined forces to create an unprecedented interactive experience by the hands of the Chinese pianist Lang Lang. During the show, Lang Lang performed some of the classical pieces with the help of #drones and holograms connected with #5G. 🎶🚁

José María Álvarez-Pallete opened the event by reminding that Barcelona "has always been a framework for innovation for Telefónica, where we feel at home every year when the MWC gathers the entire technological industry here".
