Role Description

This is a full-time remote role.
*** MUST BE ABLE TO WORK US HOURS 9 AM TO 5 PM CST ***

Our team is seeking an experienced eBay/Etsy Store Manager to help us take our online sales to the next level. If you have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through optimized product listings, image management, and fulfillment oversight, we want you!
Responsibilities include developing engaging and optimized product listings, ensuring high-quality images, coordinating with our Amazon fulfillment team, staying updated on marketplace trends, and maximizing visibility and sales with performance analysis.

Qualifications:
- Experience in eCommerce and working with eBay and/or Etsy
- Proficiency in creating compelling and SEO-friendly product listings
- Experience with Amazon fulfillment processes
- Experience in maintaining customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage an online store effectively and efficiently
- Ability to work independently and remotely
-Bonus points if have worked on other platforms as well, like Flip, Wish, Wayfair, Sears, Walmart, etc.
