The housekeeping team that keeps our spaces spotless, the security personnel who safeguard us, the pantry staff who ensure we’re looked after, and the office assistants who make sure things run smoothly—these individuals work behind the scenes tirelessly. Taking a moment to express our gratitude and show them the respect they deserve is the least we can do. Building a culture of respect means recognizing that every role matters. It’s about expressing appreciation and making people feel seen and valued. When we take the time to acknowledge each other’s efforts, we create an environment where everyone feels connected and motivated.
