The TCC MidAtlantic team celebrated the grand opening of The Wellness Center at West Falls this week.

Located in Falls Church, Virginia, the state-of-the-art facility rises six stories and includes 125,000 square feet of medical office space. A selection of suites remain available, ranging from 1,500 up to 22,000 square feet, designed specifically for medical users and with the ability to accommodate clinical and surgical requirements for healthcare systems, specialty practice groups and independent practitioners.

The Wellness Center is part of the broader West Falls mixed-use development that will include more than 1.2 million square feet of medical office space, retail, senior housing, apartments, condominiums, a hotel, structured parking, and open space.

Starting the week with some huge news – and a warm Welcome to DAC Beachcroft – who become Welcome Building®’s first major tenant, taking over 25% of our exceptional workspace! 

The leading international law firm is taking the entirety of levels 6 and 7 of Welcome Building®, moving over its #Bristol office team from its current location at Portwall Place.

TCC's Raleigh team hosted a grand-opening celebration this week at 400H, a new mixed-use residential, retail and office tower in Downtown Raleigh.
 
The 20-story building, which includes 150K square feet of office space, 242 luxury apartments, and 16K square feet of ground-floor retail, features a distinct array of mixed-media art, curated to inspire and engage the building’s residential and office tenants and visitors.

On February 6 and 7, TCC Germany will attend the Euroforum in Düsseldorf. 

At the annual kick-off event for the German #logistics industry, the focus will be on topics like the implementation of ESG criteria, new standards in project development, and the impact of artificial intelligence. TCC team members Mario Sander, Marc Daiß and Maximilian Moser will present about the investment market on day one!

The San Fernando Valley Business Journal is exploring the future of North Hollywood and diving into the plans for District NoHo, a mixed-use project planned for the Arts District and "one that experts believe will anchor the community and aid in reshaping the scope of the area."

TCC has completed its first sale in Spain, selling two industrial assets to AEW. 

The investment and asset manager acquired the fully leased CORE Granollers facility, which spans 92,580 SF and was the first development TCC completed in Europe. AEW also acquired a to-be developed nearby site, which will include a facility known as CITYDOX Granollers; TCC will develop the 152,309-SF building.

Our Vivo on Harbor project in Southern California is continuing to take shape! Thanks to Urbanize LA for spreading the good word and showcasing the beautiful wood framing that is under way. Vivo will deliver 137 waterfront units  later this year.
