Halloween at Triad might be the best. It’s a true expierence, and the Wealth team did not disappoint. We’ve been talking about who we’re going to dress up as from The Office for a good part of this year and I’m still laughing from how hard we nailed it. My favorite definition of culture is “your company’s culture is the stories you share with others when you’re not at work.” Well, yesterday was one of my favorite culture stories. Lyndsy Dvorak , Triad Wealth Partners ’ Director of Ops and who essentially keeps our lights on, was in St Louis for the Flyball National Championships. If you haven’t checked out Flyball, you need to, especially if you’re a dog lover. These dogs are crazy fast! I drove over to STL and finally got to meet all of Lyndsy’s pups (including Anthem - the fastest Border Collie in the WORLD!!). Our team talks about our pets a lot, so it was beyond amazing to put names to paws and really expierence what makes the people you work alongside everyday who they are. Lyndsy is so dedicated and passionate about this sport and her dogs, and it’s those same qualities that make her so dang good at her job. What made this so extra special is who also came from our community to cheer Lyndsy and her Flyball team along. It’s not just our team’s culture, but the culture of the entire financial services community that’s special. Loved seeing Tim Highland from Practifi and Andrew Hall and Christine Hall from Virtus Financial Group. Let’s go Catch You on the Flip Side and all of the teams and pups racing this weekend! #dbdl
