We had an amazing time hosting the AI4Good Fireside Chat during Seattle Tech Week on Tuesday night!🎉We were thrilled to hear from serial entrepreneurs Karl Stillner (BrightCanary), Jay Goyal (Alongside), and Eran Megiddo (Maximal Learning) about their innovative AI-powered ventures that are making a positive impact.

Here were some key highlights:

1. The Importance of Past Learnings: Jay Goyal shared how lessons from his previous startup are being leveraged at his new venture, and the importance of setting priorities given limited startup resources and numerous directions to explore.

2. Advice for First-Time Entrepreneurs: Eran Megiddo emphasized the importance of asking for help when starting out and being humble in the pursuit of knowledge.

3. Culture Matters: Karl Stillner advised that it is crucial to assess not only individual performance but also how individuals impact company culture. Sometimes, "high-performers" can be a net negative.
