In October, our Namakwa Sands Women in Mining (WIM) team in South Africa hosted their second annual Career Day, allowing high school students from eight local schools to explore careers in mining, chemistry, engineering and more at the Namakwa Sands Smelter. Our colleagues in Kwinana, Australia proudly partnered with the Kwinana Industries Council (KIC) to support the 2024 KIC iCAREER Project.
