We're proud to empower women to pursue a career in STEM, supporting our mission to increase the number of female engineers. We're staying active in our community, just like this week, when our Women in Tech colleagues in Doha ran a session at Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar. Our celebration of #BlackHistoryMonth continues! Next up we have Kudzai, Head of ETF Trading Americas. As the Americas Head of ETF Trading, his role is to align and drive UBS strategy in the Americas region for ETF trading. 

He tells us, “Black History Month to me is a celebration of the positive impact of black people around the world and throughout history. It is a recognition of the struggles that our ancestors went through and the appreciation that I am a direct beneficiary of their sacrifices. It is an inspiration to give back to my community and a reminder that there is no sacrifice too great for the next generation. It includes gathering with family and friends, going to church on Sunday morning with my family, brunch with my kids or showing up in professional and social gatherings as my authentic self. It’s taking time to learn more about black history and educating my kids about our roots.”
