On Thursday, July 25th, the Western Energy Alliance celebrated their 50th anniversary surrounded by members, allies, and friends at Dierks Bentley Whiskey Row Denver. In keeping with the Western heritage, the PureWest team dressed for the occasion to honor the rich history of the Alliance and salute to the bright future ahead. The Alliance used the opportunity to announce recipients of their four new annual awards, including Company of the Year…(insert drumroll here)…PureWest Energy! The entire PureWest team was recognized for leadership in business, innovation, community and engagement, exceptional environmental and safety performance, transformative Deal of the Year award, Best Place to Work, award-winning GIS and ESG performance, exceptional well results and broad support from PureWest leadership and staff for Alliance advocacy efforts. And of course, having the “coolest leadership team”. This award will be presented on Saturday, November 2nd at Western Energy Alliance’s annual Wildcatter Gala.
