Every fall, guests brave their worst nightmares coming to life at Halloween Horror Nights. This year, Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood will feature four bi-coastal haunted houses inspired by fan-favorite films and characters. Congratulations to the Team Members who helped bring Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a Loews Hotel to life. Guests will be able to view beautiful details of celestial patterns and constellations that can be seen throughout the hotel.

2024 marks 30 years of partnership between Universal Orlando Resort and Orange County Public Schools to provide an alternative approach to traditional learning for high school students. Through the Universal Education Center (UEC), students receive comprehensive education, real-world work experience and meaningful mentorship.

Jerico, a UEC graduate, started his Universal career journey in Admissions and is now a chef assistant at Islands of Adventure where he helps lead a full-service kitchen. He says, "You can look for a career while you're in school, which is the coolest thing. The program built me up to be a better person and pursue a career that has been my dream since childhood."

Special Olympics offers a platform for athletes with intellectual disabilities to showcase their skills from coast to coast, compete and inspire us all. Team Member volunteers from Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood are proud to support this incredible organization year-round. Peter Collins, Senior Manager of Technical Entertainment at Universal Orlando Resort, has helped develop floats and systems for the Universal Mega Movie Parade from concept to completion. This one-of-a-kind parade showcases new floats, nearly 100 performers, and special effects, bringing classic film moments to life. Collins shared, "My favorite part is seeing the awe on guests' faces as the floats pass and how they appreciate all the hard work the team has put in to showcase these amazing films in parade form."

A new era of magic awaits in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic at Universal Epic Universe in 2025.  Guests will discover the wider wizarding world like never before as they travel from the fantastic beast-filled streets of 1920s wizarding Paris, then take the Métro-Floo to the British Ministry in the 1990s for new thrills with Harry, Ron and Hermione.
