As holiday season gifting gets into full swing, we want to remind our community of the impressive impact that Unwrapit's customers are making in the world. Since March 2021, Unwrapit gift campaigns have received registered 16,435+ digital "high-fives". That's one of the clearest signs we can offer that a gift was well-received and a business relationship strengthened. At the same time, across all gifts claimed, Unwrapit gift campaigns have produced -148 tones of CO2 emissions. That's a remarkable achievement considering most corporate and event gifting produces positive emissions resulting from energy intensive manufacturing, packaging, and shipping processes. Unwrapit campaigns are producing negative emissions because a consistent number of recipients choose Trees Planted as their preferred gift. For every gift campaign we run, we can produce a detailed emissions report when the campaign closes that details the Scope 3 emissions of the campaign based on the actual gifts claimed. This is thanks to our integration with Carbonhound . And finally, 46,717+ gifts have been claimed through Unwrapit to date. Over the coming months, this number will exceed 50,000 if it hasn't already. Meet Jonah Wong! Digital Marketing Lead for Unwrapit . Jonah is the newest member of our team. He started exactly a month ago with support from Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada | Innovation, Sciences et Développement économique Canada 's Digital Adoption Program (CDAP). Even though Unwrapit is a digital first solution for corporate and event gifting, we don't necessarily have expertise across all aspects of what it means to be a digital first company. That's where Jonah comes in. Jonah has been working with us to crack the code for effective use of Google Ads and other forms of digital marketing. With his help, the right prospects are finding us while actively sourcing an innovative solution for corporate and event gifting. Jonah has made quick work of this work. Meet Ryan Pawliw ! Manager, Implementations & Operations for Unwrapit . Ryan joined Unwrapit in February of this year. Experienced professionals with Ryan's level of attention to detail, hustle, humility, and teamwork are few and far between. Ryan found his way to Unwrapit as part of an intentional career shift from sales into operations, and simultaneously from conventional business into purpose driven business. We are so fortunate that he chose to complete this transition with Unwrapit. In quick order, Ryan has become our go to implementations manager, building out the backend of gift campaigns for our customers. He's also taken ownership of a wide range of business operations tasks. Quick mastery of both domains has freed up the rest of our team to focus on other areas of the business. Among other things, we rely on the weekly and quarterly dashboards that Ryan has stood up to hold ourselves accountable to the business and impact goals we have set for ourselves. In this short time, he has almost single-handedly brought countless features and wish list capabilities to life. Without Sthefano, we wouldn't have our integration with Benevity for advanced donation processing or our increasingly robust self-serve tool. Or the ability for our customers to bulk import recipients into a campaign. We also wouldn't have our newly refreshed website designs fully implemented on Webflow . The list goes on.
