Work in progess: Our project Blanche focuses on sustainable wood construction and supports urban recycling efforts in dense areas. It consists of 13 housing units, designed to provide residents with the option of an additional space, referred to as an "oasis," connected to a shared garden. The "oasis" provides flexible living spaces that can be used for workshops, winter lounges, or other activities. Aligned with the New European Bauhaus principles, the project aims to thoughtfully combine natural materials with digital technologies, creating a balance between sustainability and architectural design in response to the climate transition VALENS SA/NV Ney & Partners WOW

The Marchandises project, a collaboration with Kairos, along with our colleagues ORG, Permanent Modernity and A2M Architecture , was recently inaugurated by the regional and municipal authorities. This initiative highlights one of the first multi-purpose buildings (BAM) constructed in Belgium, redefining urban integration by carefully sculpting the buildable space to reduce its impact and maximize natural light. The project features a new crèche, offices, ateliers, and housing, harmoniously integrating with the surrounding structures. This thoughtful design creates a fluid connection between the city and nearby train infrastructure, symbolizing a bridge to future urban developments. Kairos nv citydev.brussels

Square de l’Accueil – 2nd prize Our project for a new inclusive neighborhood facility in Evere was awarded second place. With its distinctive round architecture that seamlessly integrates into the neighborhood, the project opens onto the square while safeguarding the privacy of activities. It also features adaptable spaces and a rooftop garden linked to local associations. While it wasn't selected as the winning design, we're very proud of this innovative vision.

Our HDM project was recently completed. This mixed urban renewal project transforms a former garage to connect Rue Hôtel des Monnaies and Parc Coenen. It includes a new crèche with a garden that has park access, and the restoration of a Brussels house. The park has been restructured to accommodate level differences and create inviting spaces for children to explore. The project integrates public amenities and public housing, enhancing the connection between the park and the surrounding community. Our project located on Rue des Mélèzes in Ixelles is currently undergoing a public inquiry. It aims to rehabilitate the site of the former CENTRALE AMERICAINE, including the renovation of existing houses, the demolition and construction of an apartment building, as well as the partial transformation of hangars into an inner courtyard. The key focus of the project has been to de-densify the area, dismantling the hangars to make way for greenery.

Ixelles: une enquête publique débute ce 2 mai pour le projet Mélèzes, proche du parc Tenbosh. Le développeur, Melezes Invest, prévoit la réhabilitation du site de l’ancienne centrale américaine y compris la rénovation de 7 maisons à caractère patrimonial en front de voirie,la démolition et construction d’un immeuble de 13 appartements, la transformation partielle des hangars en intérieur d’ilot et création d’un intérieur d’ilot végétalisé. Ce projet se révèle ambitieux du fait qu’il concerne un ancien site industriel à réaffecter et qu’il est situé dans un quartier qui recèle un grand nombre de maisons bourgeoises et hôtels particulier repris à l’inventaire; même si les parcelles du projet ne font pas partie d’une mesure de classement ou d’une mesure d’inscription sur la liste de sauvegarde. L’ensemble des entrepôts seront démolis. Les hangars préservés permettront d’accueillir, notamment, des lofts. In fine, le projet comptera 42 logements (5296m2, hors-sol), 2 surfaces commerciales , 4 emplacements de bureaux (454 m2), 12 parkings en sous-sol et 102 emplacements de vélo, …La commission de concertation est prévue le 19/06.
