Paralegal in the Real Estate Industry.

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our well-established real estate firm. Our services include real estate investment, development and management.
 
Requirements
5-7 years of transactional paralegal or legal assistant experience gained in a law firm or in-house environment.
5-7 years of experience practicing real estate investment, development laws.
Knowledge of property purchase and sales agreement
Experience in resolving title issues and/or concerns
Understanding and knowledge of all loan documentation
Experienced in organizing Corporate, LLC and Partnership documents.
Must be extremely organized, oriented and able to multi-task.

COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and internet.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree required
