Innovation runs in our DNA!

At Victorinox, we have a special job profile in our Technology & Transformation team. Innovation Manager Seppi Strohmeier is, amongst other tasks, responsible for active idea management. This gives employees an official platform on which suggestions for optimization can be advanced. 

At the so-called Idea Committee Pitch meeting consisting of selected staff members from different company areas, employees can pitch an idea as a first step. If the proposal receives a majority of votes, the idea is then presented to the management. 

This week, our colleagues Franziska Hoffmann from Product, Alexandra Hinz and Nina Finkbohner-Keller from Marketing, and Andrea Schneeberger from HR were able to pitch their ideas, which were accepted by the management. Congratulations!

Conclusion: Having a platform for ideas is worthwhile because it will encourage employees to think and bring in their suggestions.
