In the article we dive into our primary objectives and strategies for Fund V, the current fundraising environment, and what we see for the future growth and evolution of Vistara.

"Since inception in 2015, Vistara has raised over US$500 million, primarily from non-institutional sources such as family offices, entrepreneurs, and private foundations, predominantly based in British Columbia. With the ongoing growth of its platform, Vistara is now seeking to broaden its investor base by targeting pension funds and other institutional investors, and geographically by launching vehicles for both US and international investors. Vistara is targeting completion of its fundraise during the first half of 2024."

Vistara Growth is excited to announce the US$150M initial closing of Vistara Technology Growth Fund V. For ambitious technology companies, this means greater access to our flexible and ultimately less dilutive forms of growth capital. The January 8th deadline for the Beedie Luminaries 2024 cohort is fast approaching! We at Vistara proudly support the Luminaries program through our Vistara Elevate Award. Established to help students of ethnic and racially diverse backgrounds who are pursuing their degrees in finance, entrepreneurship, and/or STEM.
