Spanning 1.37 million square feet across 45 floors, the tower's architectural form is dynamic, with subtle folds and shifts throughout, ensuring uninterrupted views of the Manhattan skyline and the Hudson River for its tenants. Earlier this year, Preatoni Properties and renowned architecture firm Killa Design I Architecture launched the highly anticipated Palazzo Preatoni, an Italian-inspired luxury residential tower in Dubai’s prestigious Business Bay district. This tower redefines luxury living in Dubai with its distinctive exterior embodying Preatoni Group’s signature architectural style and interiors designed for maximum space, comfort, and Italian elegance. The luxury tower will have an exceptional range of premium amenities from breathtaking skyline views, a resort-style infinity pool, lush Italian sky gardens, an outdoor cinema, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The project is already generating significant buzz in the real estate market as construction is underway with completion expected in 2026.
