What is an employer brand video supposed to do?
The most important and powerful aspect of video is that it can show, and not just tell.

In recruiting, a place where candidates have to read between the lines of job postings, career sites, and reviews, being able to see inside a company is insanely valuable.

It gets better quality talent to click “apply.”

But many companies think “video” means “a big video.” 
A production. 
Something that defines the entirety of the candidate's experience.

A single core video doesn’t solve the problem of providing perspective into a company. A single glossy video ends up feeling as real as the stock photos on a career site.

So instead of thinking in terms of “a video” think about how you can build as many different perspectives into the company as you can. 
Think about building a lot of granular, specific, and authentic videos.

There are a lot of platforms that claim to do this easily but don’t sleep on Vouch.
