The VX4000 is the world`s largest #3Dprinter for sand. What sets it apart from smaller voxeljet printers is its innovative and patented layer construction process.

Last week we were honored to host two senior engineers, Sezgin Demir and Orhan Bibika, from Ford Otosan at our headquarters in Friedberg, Germany. During the visit, we evaluated various strategies to implement #3Dprinting into the automotive manufacturing workflows at Ford Otosan and are excited to establish a long-term partnership with their innovative projects to optimize foundry processes in Turkey.

The Technische Universität München is where voxeljet has it's roots and started as a company.

So whenever there's an opportunity to come back and tell our story, we seize it. Like at the 27. At the 27th #additivemanufacturing seminar, our founder Ingo Ederer told the story of how he and four others started the journey.

Today, voxeljet employs more than 250 people worldwide and is a manufacturer of high-performance industrial 3D printers that are used all over the world. But it all started more or less in a lab at the @TUM in Munich.
