The company sells its products primarily to specialty pharmacy and specialty distributors in the United States, as well as specialty distributors and retail chains, and hospitals and clinics internationally. A lifelong educator, Lateefah has a background in biology and a love for all things science — as a child you could even find her scooping up tadpoles and catching fireflies.

- See if interviewers bring up inclusion, diversity and equity without being prompted — if not, ask about it and listen closely for how those commitments are embedded in the way that people work with each other and in how the company operates
