We all want to be the best versions of ourselves. I love to exercise hard and well. I find a lot of value in pushing myself in cardio and weight training twice a day… six days a week. It has been a great practice for me… for a long time. It helps me begin my day well… and allows me to get rid of the stress of a workday and enter my evenings, refreshed and renewed. One way that I have found that I can do this on a consistent and long-term basis is through monthly deep tissue massage. I have found that this helps me recover from my occasional injuries and resets my body on a regular basis. If you were looking for a massage therapist. I have found Amina Joseph at Essence Spa to be a very knowledgeable, experienced, and excellent resource and practitioner. I have a link to her site in the comments below. If you do not live near Harrisburg, I would recommend a monthly deep tissue massage as a way to maintain exercise practices, which will enable you to strive toward physical and emotional health and wellness.
