In response to the recent thought-provoking article featured in NewDigitalAge on the Post-Click Experience (check out the link in the comments) by Oliver Walker , MD, Hookflash , Kitty’s UX Designer Alex Isitt highlights the importance of the user experience of your website. This week we will be exhibiting at Technology for Marketing where you can chat with Alex about your website and how to create a seamless user experience. Walker advises that even once you have got users on to your website, if the site provides them a bad experience, as many as 32% of all users say they would not return. On average businesses spend up to £25k per month on their digital marketing strategy. This considered, if you spend £25k on your marketing strategy, but have a clunky, confusing website – you’re ultimately driving away your users.
