The true power of viral video marketing: it NEVER STOPS promoting. 🧵 11 years ago, I created an urban legend: a guy lives inside the Astor Place Cube. Every year, this urban legend goes viral on TikTok, IG, and other social media platforms where new audiences discover & share the original video. This morning, a friend texted me this streamer's TikTok page where my video has another million views ( https://lnkd.in/eB3Gnp_e ). Resharing the BTS video to show how we did it. I conceptualized, directed, and edited the video. It was a fun colab with Pound & Grain to promote Chip Wilson's meditation app WHIL. The brand took a backseat in the story arc. The video was featured on The Today Show, Fox Business, and many more. I can't emphasize this enough: Build REAL things. Use REAL people. Shoot in REAL environments. Get REAL viral impact. Forever.
