Members of our location-based Employee Councils are together this week for our annual Joint Employee Council meeting. Current board member and former Worthington executive Virgil Winland delivered the keynote presentation about the important role Employee Council members individually and collectively serve in maintaining two-way communication that was so important to Company Founder John H. McConnell. Worthington Enterprises has 18 active Employee Councils that meet monthly to discuss opportunities, assign actions and implement plans.
