I was suprised to see this all-electric armored truck in front of my local Harris Teeter grocery store from Xos Trucks. You can learn more about them at https://www.xostrucks.com

It turns out Loomis has signed an agreement with Xos for the delivery of 150 armored EVs for the US market that met their high-performance safety, range, and weight requirements.

Loomis aims to lead as a sustainable business partner to their industry, and their largest climate impact comes from transportation.  

They also aim to reduce their dependency on fossil fuels.
