Zama Group is a family-held German-owned company and a manufacturer of diaphragm carburetors, oil pumps, and other mechanical precision engine components. They are headquartered in Hong Kong, China and supply mainly to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of gasoline-powered outdoor tools. Zama is known as a technology leader in their industry.

The history of ZAMA traces back to 1952. ZAMA started in Tokyo 66 years ago, producing die-casting parts for the automotive industry with 20 people. Today ZAMA has become a worldwide operating group, producing 15 million carburetors, 6 million oil pumps and other high precision machining parts every year, employing 3000 employees in Japan, China, Hong Kong, the Philippines and US. Dedicating all its experience and expertise to Quality, Precision and Service, ZAMA has become a well-known brand for diaphragm carburetors and precision parts in the global market. We supply to all major original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of gasoline-powered outdoor tools, and we regard ourselves as the technology leader of our industry.

ZAMA E-sports
Congratulations to the E-Sports team of ZAMA China for winning our first internal League of Legends Championship. ZAMA Philippines came second and ZAMA Hong Kong 3rd, while ZAMA Japan ending 4th as they had the bad luck of playing against the winners already in the first round. Following the great interest in the company sponsored E-Sports groups, we are planning to open it for more players and also will add more hardware to be borrowed by new E-Sport-members, who have no own equipment powerful enough to join the groups. Such, we will be able to form 2 levels, a hobby group per location and a site-spanning ZAMA Pro-team, which also prepares for external competitions.
