Per quart any consecutiu, va tornar a ser un plaer participar en aquest esdeveniment referent del sector de l’automoció on una representació del nostre equip va poder conèixer talent jove i compartir com Zanini està innovant dins de l’industria. També vam participar a la Speed Zone on es van fer entrevistes ràpides amb estudiants. El pasado sábado 19 de octubre, tuvimos el honor de conmemorar el 25º aniversario de nuestra planta en Épila. El evento comenzó con una visita a nuestras instalaciones, encabezada por la directora general de Promoción Industrial e Innovación del Gobierno de Aragón, Mar Paños; el alcalde de Épila, Jesús Bazán; nuestro presidente, Jordi Torras, y varios directivos y personal jubilado. Posteriormente, nos trasladamos al Palacio del Conde de Aranda, donde nos reunimos con nuestros trabajadores, clientes, proveedores y representantes sociales. En esta segunda parte del evento, rendimos homenaje a los empleados que han cumplido 25 años con nosotros y agradecimos a toda la plantilla por su compromiso diario, que nos ha permitido alcanzar la fabricación de la pieza número 400 millones. Actualmente, nuestra planta produce 26 millones de piezas al año, con 600 referencias de embellecedores de rueda (tapacubos, tapabujes e insertos) que se envían a más de 150 destinos en Europa, el norte de África y otras regiones del mundo para nuestros clientes, que incluyen a Grupo Stellantis, Renault, VW, Volvo, JLR, Ford, Toyota, Hyundai, BMW, entre otros. Some weeks ago, our Coating Business Unit took part in a Team Building event to strengthen communication, collaborative development and generational diversity within the unit. 💼💪 During the session, the participants were able to enhance their self-trust and emotion management skills with games and group dynamics making it an excellent opportunity to get to know each other. Some of our production staff recently participated in a training on happiness and motivation in the workplace held by Enric Bastardas, a communication and Systemic Coaching specialist. The aim of this training was to stimulate happiness and change the way we work by providing tools to encourage different thinking and motivation in the personal and work spheres, allowing us to not focus on the problem and find different solutions to it. The session was a success and we are excited to implement the ideas and the new approaches learnt to improve our work and personal environment. Recientemente, Zanini Auto Group llevó a cabo su Segundo Torneo de Pádel, ¡y fue todo un éxito! Este año, se organizó un emocionante torneo de pádel en el que participaron 50 de nuestros/as trabajadores/as de diferentes niveles, desde principiante, para aquellas personas que querían iniciarse en el deporte, hasta el nivel más avanzado, contando con varios/as jugadores/as revelación 💪. El pasado 27 de Junio, #Zanini participó en una iniciativa de Voluntariado Corporativo para la ONG Aldeas Infantiles SOS de España . Se realizaron distintas actividades para el mantenimiento y mejora de las instalaciones, tales como jardinería y desbroce, cribaje de compost, mantenimiento de valla metálica y la creación de un cerco para equinoterapia. In line with previous Strategic Plans, Zanini Auto Group is preparing its 2025 – 2028 Strategic Plan. As for previous Plans, Zanini counts on an external Business Strategy Consultancy Firm and works through an internal participative worldwide process. Recently two Workshops have been held with the worldwide management teams that lead the two Zanini Business lines: ETB (Electromagnetic Transparency and Backlighting), June the 18th, and WBIT (Wheel Body and Interior Trim), June the 19th.
