Zoomcar is an Indian carsharing platform that offers self-drive car rentals. It was founded in 2013 by David Back and Greg Moran and currently operates in more than 34 cities. In December 2023, it merged with Innovative International Acquisition Corporation (IOAC) to form a new entity, Zoomcar Holdings Inc.

Geographically The company operates in India, Egypt, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines, Out of which the majority of revenue is derived from India.
