S4C is a Welsh-language public service television channel.

Mae S4C yn darlledu dros 115 awr o raglenni bob wythnos - o chwaraeon, drama a cherddoriaeth i ffeithiol, adloniant a digwyddiadau - ar wahanol llwyfannau, gan gynnwys y we. Mae S4C yn cynnig gwasanaethau helaeth ar gyfer plant: Cyw ar gyfer y gwylwyr iau, Stwnsh ar gyfer plant hŷn a rhaglenni ar gyfer plant a phobl ifanc yn eu harddegau.

S4C is the only Welsh language television channel in the world. As a public service broadcaster, it commissions independent producers from across Wales to make the majority of its programmes. 
S4C broadcasts over 115 hours of programmes each week, including sport, drama, music, factual, entertainment and events, across a range of platforms, including online. S4C offers comprehensive services for children: Cyw for younger viewers, Stwnsh for older children and programmes for teenagers.

We would like to share the exciting news with you about S4C & BAME Ed Wales’ Anti-racist Wales 2030 Film Competition which is open to Welsh, English and Special schools in Wales for Year (4-9) pupils. The aim of the competition is to raise the confidence of our beloved pupils and teachers to discuss ethnicity and understand their roles in getting rid of racism at all levels within every institution in Wales. A new series from Whisper Cymru starts tomorrow on S4C! Rugby giant Scott Quinnell sets out to create a new rugby team made up of ordinary people - within 3 months.

In Episode One, Scott and his coaches have the opportunity to meet the team for the first time at an Open Day at Welshpool Rugby Union Football Club Ltd. We meet some of the characters, hear their highs and lows, and establish their desire to be part of Scott's team. 

There's also an introduction by the School of Hard Knocks Charity, an integral and transformative part of the team.

The first part goes out this Tuesday, 9pm. English subtitles are available.
