We present the innovative drill vise FLOTT felix 2.0 ! This model is the improved version of the first FLOTT felix drill vise, which has already received several awards in recent years for its functionality and occupational safety. In addition to a very robust special cast body, precision-ground jaws and very precise flat web guides, it has a unique and patented clamping mechanism. This allows the vise to be secured to the machine extremely quickly and easily to prevent it from bouncing up, around and away. Additional advantage: The bore is exactly right-angled and has an optimal roundness. *THE SB 30 MV Plus - Column drilling machine with automatic feed* The SB 30 MV Plus is a very powerful machine for drilling holes up to 30 mm in diameter in mild steel and has an automatic, mechanical feed of the Z-axis that can be adjusted in three speeds, including an electromagnetic coupling. This can be activated by a button on the drill cross or optionally by a foot switch. A maintenance-free three-phase motor is installed as the drive, with which the speed can be infinitely adjusted. Depending on customer requirements, the machine is available with different speed ranges and optional special equipment such as a combination drilling table. Using the control panel, the functions and settings of the machine, such as the speed, can be easily adjusted to a wide variety of applications. The integrated OLED display clearly shows you the current parameters, such as the current speed and drilling depth. At the touch of a button, you can choose between drilling or tapping mode and then program it intuitively. The lower safety edge can be used to control the standard LED lighting and the optional coolant system. With the help of the drilling depth stop, we can easily and ergonomically set and limit the planned drilling depth. To do this, we approach the tool surface, set the reference point, approach the planned drilling depth and then tighten the drilling depth stop. Thus, we limited the stroke to our desired drilling depth. A knurled wheel can be used to fine-tune the drilling depth. The robust machine table can be adjusted in height easily and precisely with the help of a rack and pinion drive. In order to be able to guarantee optimum occupational safety, we install drilling protection with electrical protection and an emergency stop push button as standard. It has an MK2 mount as standard and has a continuous drilling capacity of 15 mm in unalloyed mild steel such as E335. It is also available as a column drill, i.e. as SB 15 Plus.
