Was ist schlimmer: Niemand geht ans Telefon oder die KI geht ran? 🤔 In einer immer stärker digitalisierten Welt stehen wir vor neuen Herausforderungen im Kundenservice: höhere fachliche Anforderungen, steigender Beratungsbedarf – zudem erwarten wir bei Bedarf nach technischer Unterstützung schnelle und effektive Hilfe. Sind die menschlichen Kapazitäten des Supports erschöpft, gibt es zwei mögliche Wege: a) Eine #KI nimmt den Anruf entgegen. b) Niemand geht ran. Was bedeuten die beiden Möglichkeiten? Eine KI kann rund um die Uhr verfügbar sein und sofortige Antworten liefern, aber ihr fehlt es oft an Empathie und Verständnis für komplexe oder ungewöhnliche Probleme.
