The 75th anniversary of Ipsen International GmbH was an unforgettable day for all employees. 
We started with a common breakfast and got interesting insights into heat technology and latest software developments by our colleagues 
𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗿𝗻𝗱𝘁 𝗪𝗲𝘁𝘇𝗲𝗹. Then we opened together with the minister Mona Neubaur the new technical center "Future Lab" and we  received exclusive explanations about our innovations. 
 
To round off the day in a informal atmosphere, we formed groups and took part in an exciting iPad rally. Within a radius of 2 km, our teams answered questions and solved tasks. There was a lot of fun and laughter before we returned to Ipsen after 1.5 hours. The winning team was rewarded with a check worth 800€ for another team event. 
In bright sunshine, we ended the day together and all agreed: This day was a complete success and has welded us even closer together as a team.

Kleve: 18.09.2023 - Feierstimmung bei Ipsen International: Das Traditionsunternehmen aus Kleve lud am Montag seine Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen zum 75-jährigen Bestehen der Firma ein. Am Mittag traf noch ein weiterer prominenter Gast ein: NRW-Wirtschaftsministerin Mona Neubaur tauschte sich mit Unternehmensvertretern über Chancen des Maschinenbaus als Enabler für den Klimaschutz aus.
Das Maschinen- und Anlagenbauunternehmen Ipsen besteht seit 1948 und ist heute eine international agierende Unternehmensgruppe, die zu den Marktführern in der Wärmebehandlungstechnik zählt. Das Unternehmen baut Industrieöfen und Anlagen zur Wärmebehandlung von Bauteilen und Komponenten und feierte sein 75-jähriges Bestehen. 
„Mit dem Ipsen Future Lab haben wir ein weltweit erstes Technikum entwickelt, in dem Hybrid-Industrieöfen präsentieren werden, die neben Propan, LPG, LNG auch zu 100 % mit Wassersoff betrieben werden können. Mit dieser neuen Generation von Wärmebehandlungsanlagen wird ein wichtiger Beitrag für den Klimaschutz und zur Verbesserung der Luftqualität geleistet. Neben der Energieeinsparung werden klima- und gesundheitsschädliche Abgase wie Kohlendioxide und Stickoxide deutlich reduziert“ so der Geschäftsführer Paul van Doesburg. 
Die Veranstaltung bot eine gute Gelegenheit für Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter das neue Future Lab kennenzulernen. Untermauert wurde die Einweihung mit verschieden Vorträgen zur Wärmetechnik und zu den Besonderheiten des Ipsen Future Labs. 
Für das Unternehmen gehörte der Besuch von Wirtschafts- und Klimaschutzministerin Mona Neubaur zu den Höhepunkten des Tages. Die Ministerin weihte das Ipsen Future Lab ein: „Wasserstoff ist ein entscheidender Baustein für die klimaneutrale Transformation unserer Wirtschaft und ein riesiger Wachstumsmarkt und eröffnen dem Maschinen- und Anlagenbau enorme Chancen. Innovative Verfahren leisten einen entscheidenden Beitrag für klimafreundliche Industrieprozesse und stärken die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit unserer starken Maschinenbauunternehmen in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Das ist ein wichtiger Schritt auf dem Weg Nordrhein-Westfalens zum ersten klimaneutralen Industriestandort Europas.“
