Company Outing 2024: Experience more together! On 11 October, the Mehrer Compression team took a break from the daily routine and embarked on an exciting shared adventure! Our day began with a visit to Maschinenfabrik ALFING Kessler GmbH in Aalen, where we gained fascinating insights into production processes, providing us with a deeper appreciation of technology and innovation! 🔧 Following a delicious lunch, we continued our adventure at the 'Tiefer Stollen' mine in Aalen-Wasseralfingen, where we explored the fascinating world of historic mining and iron ore extraction from over 100 years ago. This unique experience brought us even closer together as a team! We rounded off the day with a dinner at Paulaners in Balingen. It was the perfect opportunity to socialise outside of our day-to-day work and strengthen personal bonds within the team. For us, experiences like this are more than just a change of scenery - they are an investment in our team spirit and corporate culture. 🤝 After all, our greatest growth and success come when we unite as a team and support one another! Safely packed for long journeys - how we protect our compressors 🌎 Transporting our compressors internationally is a logistical challenge that requires the utmost care. To make sure they arrive safely, we develop packaging that can withstand the strain and provide optimum protection. 🔹 Internal corrosion & moisture protection: The inner packaging protects against rain, temperature fluctuations and high humidity. This keeps the technology operational in any climate. 🔹 Special measures for coastal areas: High salt levels can attack surfaces - desiccants and special films are used to prevent corrosion and mould growth. 🔹 Protection against biotic attack: Sensitive surfaces are given an extra layer to protect against chemical and biological attack during transport and storage. Our compressors travel in bespoke wooden crates - securely stowed and protected. For particularly large machines, we use experienced packaging partners to provide the best possible solution.
