Varengold Gesundheitswochen🌱💪
 
Kaum zu glauben, dass schon wieder 1/3 des Jahres 2024 vergangen ist! Es fühlt sich an, als hätten wir erst gestern unsere Neujahrsvorsätze gefasst, die wie jedes Jahr bei den meisten sicherlich auch das Thema Gesundheit beinhalteten. Und wie jedes Jahr werden bei vielen die Vorsätze innerhalb der ersten Monate leider wieder über Bord geworfen. 
 
Nicht so bei Varengold!
 
Anlässlich des Weltgesundheitstages am 07. April haben wir uns über mehrere Wochen aktiv mit dem Thema Gesundheit auseinandergesetzt. #HealthyVarengold
 
Mit einer Vielzahl von Aktivitäten haben wir uns dem Thema angenommen und uns ordentlich ins Zeug gelegt:
Auf dem Smoothie-Bike der Barmer wurde kräftig in die Pedale getreten, um gesunde Smoothies herzustellen. Außerdem haben wir Augenuntersuchungen für die Arbeit am Bildschirm angeboten und rund 10% unserer Belegschaft motiviert, sich bei der DKMS registrieren zu lassen. Abgerundet wurden die Varengold Gesundheitswochen mit gesunden Snacks im Büro und zum krönenden Abschluss mit einem gemeinsamen Kochabend.
 
Die Varengold Gesundheitswochen sind nun vorbei, aber unser Engagement für Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden geht weiter! Wir freuen uns schon auf den HafenCityRun im Juni.
