Good afternoon from Stockholm, it's Anna here! I got the opportunity to accompany Suzana Zivkovic on a mission to Tirana, Albania as part of my internship here at NCG Sweden. The assignment to provide 'Advisory Services Core Support' to the Embassy of Sweden's CSO partners in Albania (2023-2025) is still ongoing, and I was given the chance to support the conduct of a two-day workshop on Results-Based Management and risk assessment for selected Albanian CSOs in mid-October. De har jobbat hårt, och lyckats komma ta fram gemensamma riktlinjer tillsammans med ISO-experter från 38 länder, inklusive Frankrike, USA, Indien, Kina, Brasilien, Spanien, Storbritannien, Schweiz och Tyskland. ”Vi har deltagit i arbetet eftersom vi arbetar med jämställdhet och kvinnors egenmakt i utvecklingsarbetet globalt och i standarden har arbetsgruppen från Sverige verkat för att standarden ska vara ett möjligt verktyg och en referens för en mer jämställd arbetsplats.
