👸 La place des femmes dans la tech
Nous sommes encore trop peu nombreuses à diriger des entreprises tech, surtout en B2B. Il faut briser les tabous et mettre en avant des exemples. Ca passe par des représentations, des formations, et des règlementations - notamment sur le rôle des hommes dans la paternité. 

🚀 Le passage à l'échelle et à l'international
L'hypercroissance est un défi fou pour lequel nous sommes très peu accompagnés en France. Je voudrais renforcer les instances d'échanges entre les membres pour que nous puissions grandir ensemble, former les talents qui géreront les centaures de demain et faire rayonner la France à l'international


Pourquoi moi ? 🙋‍♀️ 
Mon experience va de la création d'entreprise au conseil à des licornes. Aujourd'hui dirigeante d'une startup en plein essor, je constate que la valeur ajoutée d'un écosystème est dans ses membres et leurs échanges. J'ai beaucoup bénéficié de soutien de la part d'autres entrepreneurs (notamment via France Digitale) et veux y contribuer à mon tour.
Je veux continuer à mettre mon énergie au service de notre secteur et de l'améliorer ensemble !

🌱 HSBC has partnered with Greenly | Certified B Corp to support clients to measure their carbon footprint! 🌱

With almost 6 million SMEs in the UK, they have a significant role to play in the race to decarbonize. A recent HSBC survey on SME customer needs found a lack of advice and support over sustainability measurement remains a significant barrier to achieving effective change.

Following a global review of carbon management platforms, HSBC UK and Greenly piloted the carbon calculator with 50 clients in 2023 to develop two packages for business customers. Now these tools can be accessed through HSBC’s Sustainability Tracker tool! 📊✨

Both packages provide an auditable Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol compliant report for SMEs, Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). 🌎
