Another Visual Arts Department opportunity for fall 2024 semester! 


This Art & Engagement course meets Wednesdays 11:30am at LC! The fall class gives students the opportunity to conduct their own long-form interviews with elders who remember the Lincoln Square neighborhood before it was razed to build Lincoln Center and have them archived in Fordham's library. Students also learn to use audio recording and editing software (Audacity, Reaper and MAX) to make very artful mini-podcasts from the interviews. 

This course has both CCEL and NMDD attributes. This fall we also plan to host a teach-in and exhibit student and community-created artwork in one of the galleries at LC.
