Last week, our students had the incredible opportunity to attend the Annual Biomedical Research Conference for Minoritized Scientists (ABRCMS)! This premier conference is dedicated to empowering underrepresented community college, undergraduate and postbaccalaureate students in STEM. From networking with top researchers to exploring groundbreaking studies, our students gained invaluable insights and connections to fuel their careers.

Spelman College has been awarded a $2.5M grant from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence to establish the Spelman Strategic and Security Studies Center. This new center will empower and train women of color as the next generation of leaders in international strategic affairs and the intelligence community!
