📊 In the first seven months of 2024, renewable energy sources contributed over 83% to electricity generation in Portugal. This not only marks a 14.2% increase from the previous year, but fossil fuel-based electricity also saw a decline of over 15%. 

☀ This was driven by significant growth in hydropower and solar energy. The shift underscores Portugal's commitment to cleaner energy, with the continued reduction on reliance on natural gas and embracing sustainable power solutions.

📊 Nos primeiros sete meses de 2024, as fontes de energia renováveis contribuíram em mais de 83% para a produção de eletricidade em Portugal. Isto não só marca um aumento de 14,2% em relação ao ano anterior, mas a eletricidade baseada em combustíveis fósseis também registou um declínio de mais de 15%.
