News: CVC DIF has agreed the acquisition of HiSERV GmbH, the German market leader in aviation ground service equipment leasing. HiSERV owns a fleet of more than 5,000 vehicles across 30 European airports.

The multi-day event was a huge success with a wide-ranging programme involving DIF’s team, investee companies and more than 120 of our investors from around the globe.
 
Two of the most popular parts of the programme were the site visits to DIF investee companies in the region – district energy network business Hemiko and solar & battery energy storage system portfolio Verdant Energy, and our Women in Infra breakfast. The event concluded with many inspiring insights by executives of DIF’s portfolio companies and dinner in Tate Modern’s Turbine Hall.
