The members employ more than 10 000 workers and are responsible for the turnover higher than 200 billion of Euros covering three European countries. The focus of the cluster and its members include but is not limited to circular economy, resource efficiency, KETs and service innovation where all these categories are crucial for industrial modernization.

🔧 INGENIOUS Consortium Visit to FEMETAL Industry in Gijón 🔧 Last week, the INGENIOUS consortium had the pleasure of visiting our project partner, FEMETAL Industry, in Gijón. It was a highly productive and insightful week, packed with coordination, collaboration, and innovation! 📅 Day 1: We kicked off with our consortium coordination meeting, reviewing key tasks, milestones, and deliverables. We also outlined the next steps in our journey together. 🏭 Day 2: The morning began with a study visit to the IDONIAL Technological Centre, where we attended fascinating presentations followed by guided laboratory tours. In the afternoon, we visited Gonvarri Industries, who shared their impressive greenhouse and solar plant, along with insights into their activities. 🏆 Day 3: We visited one of the awardees of the INGENIOUS Innovation Grant – Tresa Lifts. The team showcased their production line, testing rooms, and laboratories. Later in the day, the representatives of ISTOR project presented their ongoing activities and remarkable results. 🌍 The week in Gijón was filled with meaningful meetings and site visits. Nanoprogress se strategicky zaměřuje na rozšiřování své sdílené technologické infrastruktury umístěné v jeho provozech. Projekt "Modernizace výzkumně-vývojové infrastruktury pro udržitelný rozvoj klastru Nanoprogress a jeho budoucí inovace" je zaměřen na rozšíření výbavy sdíleného centra klastru, a to o zařízení pro přípravu funkcionalizovaných nanovlákenných materiálů o větších rozměrech, řezací jednotku, laminovací zařízení a další technologické celky pro rozšíření výzkumně-vývojových kapacity spolku a zajištění následné funkcionalizace a post-procesingu přímo v rámci přípravy nanovlákenných struktur.
