Trial success! 
Today with the client in attendance we trialed our new High Volume Fabrication (HVF) equipment set up and operation.

The goal was to spool out and cut the pipe within very tight tolerances and then transfer that cut piece off the line and continue spooling. All goals were achieved with a focus on safety and detailed procedure adherence and we are now ready to pack up and ship the equipment to warmer climates.

The saying "it takes team-work" is so true, and I'm very proud of the different departments and functions as well as the client support that came together to make it the safe and successful trial it was.

A happy Ronan Duff at the safe and successful completion of another offshore installation phase. This time offshore India where we have now completed the deployment of our 19 jumpers fabricated onsite in India under our Jumpers On Demand model.

A mix of 6" and 2" with the 2" being piggy-backed onto others pipe, simplified and reduced the costs of the installation.

With over 90 jumpers fabricated or being delivered soon, the Jumpers On Demand model has significant advantages over conventional single pipe sales on cost, flexibility and quick access to pipe.

This week we are fit-up testing our new High Volume Fabrication (HVF) equipment. This portable system will soon be making it's way overseas for our next multi-TCP Jumpers On Demand campaign early next year. The system allows us to safely and quickly spool out, cut and transfer to a dedicated termination line our TCP jumpers from the delivery reel.

In projects where there are multiple jumpers, even of varying lengths, the new self contained HVF methodology is increasing our efficiency to terminate onsite by at least 40% and reducing our third party support during operations by at least 80%  Therefore cutting end-client costs significantly while maintaining the highest level of safety and service standards.
