The company was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland.

Recruitment is completed for our biomarker-based, randomized, placebo controlled, 200-patient Phase 2 trial of temelimab against neurological syndromes in #longCOVID. We are very grateful to the patients who have agreed to participate in this important study, and we also thank the teams of the 14 clinical centres for their great efforts in opening a new road. 

Completion of the ambitious recruitment objective in this new indication was an important milestone. We now look forward to sharing results next June and hope that this effort will result into a personalized medicine approach, allowing to identify and rapidly treat patients who may benefit from the therapy.

Happy to share our recently published article in Translational Psychiatry, a Nature publishing group, resulting from a collaboration between our research team, the immuno-psychiatry team of the Hôpital Mondor in Créteil/Paris, and the I2MC platform. 

The article highlights the link between SARS-CoV-2 infection and the expression of the proinflammatory protein #HERV-W ENV. Our antibody targeting HERV-W ENV, #temelimab is currently on a clinical trial for #Longcovid
