Celebrating 20 years is a significant milestone, at least we think so 😊. He started as a consultant in 2016 for a short time assignment and he is still here 😊 - “turned out to be an awesome journey of 8+ years with various roles like Application Developer, Platform Manager, and my current position as System Architect” ➡ You have made quite a journey, how has Crosskey supported your professional growth and aspirations? Crosskey has been instrumental in my professional growth, offering me a platform to explore diverse roles and responsibilities throughout my 8+ year journey here. What motivates you? 💚 "Loving what you do, having a talented and helpful team, and working in an open environment where change is constant keeps me motivated. It's rewarding to deliver on agreed goals, develop new products for the market, and make a difference together." 💙 Meet Katarina Donning , Product Area Manager at Crosskey another great colleague of ours. Katarina joined Crosskey in 2003, but after some years she left to broaden her experience and started a position as CEO for an accounting firm, a publicly owned IT company, and as a Municipal Manager. Now loaded with new insights and experience she is back again 😊. ➡ What made you join Crosskey again? Several factors, but I would say that curiosity was the main thing. I was here when it all started and by the time I stopped working at Crosskey there were many things happening. We were starting to introduce agile processes, a lot of product innovation etc. I have been close to Crosskey even when not working here, following new product launches, the growing client list and projects implemented. And finally, the right role for me appeared so I took the chance and applied for it and I’m very glad to be back.
