DICE is a ticketing software company based in London, United Kingdom. Its web and mobile technology products enable users to search, browse, and buy tickets to live events, including concerts, festivals, comedy shows, and other performances. DICE also provides technology products for event organizers and promoters to manage event marketing and understand their audiences. During the COVID-19 pandemic, DICE pivoted to offer live streaming services and acquired live music broadcaster Boiler Room in 2021.

🎉 Exciting news from DICE! Meet our DEI Partner, Zoé Collins, who reflects on some of the incredible work carried out by our Employee Community Groups (ECGs) in 2023: 🚀

🌟 In 2022, we embarked on a transformative journey, growing our dynamic ECGs from two to five: The Culture Collective, Women/Femme, Pride365, Parents, and Neurodivergent Minds. Our goal? To nurture a supportive environment where our team members could connect, share experiences, and build deeper relationships that enhance daily interactions.

🌈 The phenomenal success showcases the immense power of celebrating and embracing diversity within DICE. Our ECGs have become a beacon of progress, actively working to dismantle structural barriers and cultivate a culture of fairness and robust support.

🌍 2023 marked a significant leap forward in our mission. These groups played a pivotal role in expanding DICE’s global footprint through the 'Global Belonging Programme'. We've witnessed incredible milestones, laying a strong foundation for what we plan to achieve in 2024 and beyond. Take a look at a few global highlights:

• Successfully hosted 30+ ECG-led initiatives and activities
• Collaborated with 50+ individuals/organisations for events, including NTS Radio, Wray n Nephew, Cafe Erzulie, UnitedMasters, and HÄNS OFF
• Shared over 1,900 unique moments in ECG Slack channels 
• Celebrated International Days of Families with DICE’s Kids Day, which saw over 60 children hosted at our London and New York offices
• Supported local food businesses in London and New York with orders totalling over £8,000 
• Increased ECG committee involvement from 10% to an impressive 80%
• Secured five Leader Sponsors for all our ECGs, bridging the gap between Senior Leadership and the business
 
💡 As we reflect on these achievements, we're filled with gratitude and excitement. A big thank you to everyone involved in making this dream a reality. Here's to continued growth, inclusivity, and success at DICE!

🚀 Looking ahead to 2024, we're thrilled to expand our ECGs to continue building DICE’s global community. We're exploring the diverse, intersectional needs they represent. It's not just about growth; it's about meaningful engagement and understanding.
