In 1951, women at Bendix (now the KCNSC) made their mark on the tool room. Hired as Tool Room grinders, these women had experience in cutter grinding, tool and die making and other machining work. #TBT #75yearsofKCNSC #KCNSChiddengem

The Friday before Veteran’s Day, two KCNSC New Mexico Operations employees spent the day at Rio Rancho elementary school near Albuquerque, NM, sharing stories of their active-duty military service. One employee brought a flight helmet for the students to try on for an interactive experience.

The KCNSC was excited to partner with Honeywell on bringing some of the fabulous students from Operation Breakthrough to the USA Space & Rocket Center to experience Space Camp! Students spent a week "training like an astronaut" and working with fellow students from around the globe.

On Veteran’s Day we remember all the brave men and women who have served our country at home and abroad. KCNSC, we are proud that 13% of our employees are US Veterans. In addition, we are committed to investing in our Veteran serving partners like the Veterans Community Project, Warriors’ Ascent, Friends in Service for Heroes and Paws and Stripes of Albuquerque, to name a few.
