LinkAja merupakan penyedia jasa pembayaran berbasis server yang merupakan produk andalan dari PT Fintek Karya Nusantara (Finarya) dan telah terdaftar di Bank Indonesia. Berdasarkan Surat Izin Bank Indonesia Nomor 21/65/DKSP/Srt/B yang dikeluarkan pada tanggal 21 Februari 2019, Finarya secara resmi telah mendapat lisensi/izin dari Bank Indonesia sebagai Perusahaan Penerbit Uang Elektronik dan Penyelenggara Layanan Keuangan Digital Badan Hukum. PT Fintek Karya Nusantara juga telah menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Keamanan Informasi ISO/IEC 27001:2013 sebagaimana sesuai dengan sertifikat No IS 733702 yang diterbitkan pada tanggal 24 November 2020.
 
Finarya merupakan anak usaha dari 10 Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) dan anak perusahaan BUMN , yaitu PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel), PT Mandiri Capital Indonesia, PT BRI Ventura Investama, PT BNI Sekuritas, PT Jasamarga Toll Road Operator, PT Dana Tabungan dan Asuransi Pegawai Negeri (Persero), PT Pertamina Retail (Persero), PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia, PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) dan PT Danareksa Capital, yang berdiri pada tanggal 21 Januari 2019 dalam semangat sinergi nasional. Sebagai anak usaha BUMN, Finarya juga terbuka untuk bersinergi dengan pihak swasta yang memiliki visi dan misi serupa. Di bulan Oktober 2020, Grab Pte.Ltd resmi menjadi pemegang saham baru Finarya. Pada Maret 2021, PT Dompet Karya Anak Bangsa resmi terdaftar sebagai pemegang saham baru Finarya.
 
Didukung oleh Telkomsel selaku operator selular terbesar di Indonesia dan jaringan besar Himpunan Bank Milik Negara (Himbara) dengan ratusan ribu titik akses transaksi keuangan, keberadaan Finarya sebagai platform sistem pembayaran produk-produk BUMN akan membantu mendorong ekosistem transaksi keuangan non-tunai dan inklusi keuangan yang holistik di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada kebutuhan pembayaran mendasar seluruh kalangan masyarakat Indonesia.

In collaboration with BAKTI KOMINFO, this year we organized outreach programs involving socialization, training, and trials on #digitalfinance reaches the most remote and underprivileged areas, commonly referred as 3T (Disadvantaged, Frontier, and Outermost).

This initiative aiming to #familiarize the community to digital payment and non-cash transactions, particularly the usage of #QRIS with offers efficiency and practicality for both merchants and users. Looking ahead, we aspire for LinkAja to persistently contribute the promotion and establishment of non-cash digital payments, extending its #impact as our commitment to #SatukanPotensiIndonesia.

We're so excited to have our Board of Commissioners in office visit today! PrAja had the chance for an in-person, casual discussion, feeling the positive energy and receiving encouragement directly from them.
 
The perpetual support and collaborative synergy consistently spark a positive energy and spirit of collaboration, driving us to achieve our goal #SatukanPotensiIndonesia.

This November we've been setting a #playful and #relaxed mood, allowing us the time to #reflect on the journey we've traveled so far. Over the course of a year-journey, we shared countless of #breakthrough , #progress and #growth. We're glad that we're still able to share collective laughter and loads of insights, knowing we're on the right direction, armed with grateful hearts, resilient spirits, and unwavering teamwork. This year feels worth the effort!

Taking a brief #break, we're indulging in a small celebration filled with fun through the success of the "Send Some Massage" games, which have managed to captivate everyone's attention. The afternoon "TikTok Time" session concludes with the entire room participating and a well-executed pose prove to be just what we need to elevate our spirits and excitement. Until December with bunch good news of us!

We humbled share that we have been honored with the #BestExcellencePerformanceFintech award in the #BestFinancialServices category at the Road to CNBC Awards 2023 by CNBC Indonesia. Our Chief Finance & Strategy Officer Reza Ari Wibowo symbolically received the award. 

This recognition reflects our dedication to achieving #extraordinary  advancements in financial performance. We have successfully #narrowed the #EBITDAloss percentage and are optimistically #aiming for a consecutive two-year #profitincrease of up to 30%. We also improved #costefficiency, reducing more than 80% of our expenses. The award is a testament and belongs to the #collective efforts of our PrAja and all #stakeholders who have wholeheartedly supported LinkAja's journey to achieve financially robust and sustainable digital financial solutions plat.

This also underscores our unwavering commitment to Central Bank of Indonesia  vision of promoting Sharia economics and finance as the prevailing force in national and international policymaking.
