The senior management’s firm believe is that teamwork, employee connectivity and a family like culture with high emphasis on values is the key in the modern age of business. With Technology, AI and the Society of today, an organization should constantly be looking for ways to increase employee morale, efficiency and growth of the company by the get togethers. Here is a glimpse of the plant employees joining along with their families for some time off. The day was filled with happiness and lots of joyous moments where regardless of the positions, level and departments of the employees, we witnessed Dinshaw’s got talent, creativity by the kids, collaboration like a small family as simple conversations helped employees to get to know each other better and respect roles and responsibilities of their fellow colleagues along with team building exercises and events. The best feeling was seeing the family members happily bonding across!!

As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them – John F Kennedy Dinshaw’s management has always believed in the enormous impact of recognizing hard work which has always unleased the power of employee’s true potential. Dinshaw’s Dairy Foods Pvt. Ltd. hosted the Reward & Recognition program for the “Milk Procurement Team” at Chitnavis Center – Nagpur where felicitation was not limited to the employees, the event was very special as farmers were also invited along with their families and gratitude was expressed through token of appreciation by the MD, Mr. Jimmy Rana for their long-term association which has helped in the overall success of the organization. Few farmers took the mic and spoke how dearly they treasure the brand “Dinshaw’s” and expressed their gratitude towards the company not just for the fruitful business model but also the growth and prosperity for their generations. The event hosted more than 100 procurement staff travelling from across villages/chilling centers along with their family and kids, wherein more than 50 employees across 3 winning categories of Gold, Silver & Bronze were awarded. The smiles became bigger when the kids/spouses came on the stage to hold the award. The guest of honors included Mr. Jimmy Rana (MD), Mr. Ajay Upadhyay (VP – Procurement) and Mr. Khushroo Buhariwala (VP – Logistics and Dairy). We heard the program host introducing the team as the “Heroes” behind the curtains, the unseen stars who work in the most challenging environments & circumstances but still deliver the best quality ‘Milk’, a set of dedicated professionals whose relentless efforts are pivotal in ensuring seamless production of wholesome and pure products for consumers.
