HealthQuad is hiring smart and enterprising candidates for a full time pre-MBA Analyst position. HealthQuad is India's leading healthcare focused Venture Capital Fund with an existing portfolio of 14 investments and an AUM of c. US$ 280 Mn. 
 
Unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience of venture capital investing with one of India’s leading investment teams in healthcare VC. The role would entail working as part of the investment team in new deal evaluation, portfolio monitoring and fund raise related initiatives. 
 
Location: New Delhi (candidates outside NCR should only apply if they are willing to relocate) 
Duration: 12-24 months (this is a pre-MBA role and hence would be determined based on candidate's background) 
Salary: As per industry standards 
 
The ideal candidate should demonstrate: 
- Strong analytical skills and steep learning curve in previous experiences 
- Be passionate about healthcare investing and working with smart entrepreneurs to build unicorns of tomorrow
- Strong powerpoint and financial modelling skills 
- 2-3 years of Finance/strategy background with leading investment banks/consulting firms/equity research and should be proficient in financial modelling, valuation and PowerPoint

We are delighted to announce another significant milestone for HealthQuad – our exit from Regency Health, a leading multi-specialty corporate hospital group based in Uttar Pradesh (UP). HealthQuad sold its stake in the Company to Norwest Venture Partners to generate a 3x return for the Fund. 

It has been a landmark deal in many ways for HealthQuad

- One of the first PE investments in mainland Uttar Pradesh
- One of the rare Take-Private situations in India
- Created the largest single site private hospital facility in UP with 800 beds at the main facility 

HealthQuad invested in Regency in 2017 with a vision to bridge the demand supply gap plaguing UP’s healthcare market. Through HealthQuad’s active engagement, Regency has added 6 new facilities increasing the bed capacity by 6 times since our investment.
 
Over the years, Regency has been consistently providing high quality affordable care to the deeply under-served, high density population of Uttar Pradesh. With HealthQuad’s focus on improving access to care, Regency Health was the first hospital to set up an onco-radiation centre and introduce primary angioplasty in the state of UP.

We would like to congratulate the Promoters - Dr Atul Kapoor, Dr. Rashmi Kapoor and Abhishek Kapoor on this fund raise and wish them all the best for the exciting journey ahead.
